They need a player manager.

This person will lead from the front, inspiring a team of 5 BDRs with customers across pharmaceutical, biotech and private health.

Here’s what you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:

  • Driving new revenue in line with the ambitious company vision
  • Building, recruiting and developing your own BDR team
  • Coaching existing team and helping progress their careers
  • Leading and growing the customer base across the UK, US and Europe
  • Working closely with the exec team on business strategy

About you

  • 5+ years experience selling in a SaaS/IT solutions company.
  • Passion for leadership, you may be an experienced or future leader
  • Proven success in driving methodologies that deliver results
  • Excited to make a difference in a fast growth tech scale up
  • Helpful if you have knowledge of selling globally
  • Foreign languages
