Professional Services Account Director
Up to £120k basic salary plus uncapped OTE
Central London (3 days per week)
This is not a job for the faint of heart. It's for the AE who's ready to walk into a £40M legacy revenue machine—and tear it down to rebuild something world-class. You will be handed a warm book of global logos, executive buy-in, and the green light to reshape how enterprise sales are done completely.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking commercially strong, consultative sellers who know how to craft solutions, not just pitch a product. You'll excel here if you enjoy complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and closing meaningful deals.
Core Experience
- Strong background in consultative, solution-led sales
- Sold a suite of services and products, not just a single platform (Consulting + Enterprise SaaS exposure valued: e.g. Accenture, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Deloitte)
- Track record of selling into senior decision-makers (CPO, COO, CTO, CDO, CIO, CLO, etc.)
- Proven success leading six-figure enterprise deals end-to-end
- Natural hunter mentality
- Clear, concise communicator
Workstyle / Fit
- Comfortable with London + client presence at least 3 days per week (This is a collaborative environment )

- Strong recent quota achievement + credible sales history
- 2+ relevant enterprise deal examples in the last 12–24 months
