Quality over quantity: smart questions, real conversations, meaningful opportunities.Progression:One of our placed candidates was sitting in on client meetings 5 months in and promoted to Account Manager within a year - £5,000-£8,000 salary increase. Clear paths into Account Executive, Account Management, and Sales Leadership.
