Reports to: Infrastructure Operations Support Manager
Direct Reports: N/A
Working Arrangements: Full Time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
Overall Objective of Role:
Thomas Miller is looking to recruit, on a temporary basis, an experienced/seasoned Infrastructure Operational Support Engineer with the relevant exposure and experience to manage Thomas Miller's Windows 11 deployment and associated systems, within the infrastructure landscape.
This role will need to provide project support, proven expertise and skills with the essential systems detailed below and ideally also the desirable areas, too.
A service-oriented mindset is a must and have a good level of attention to detail. They will need to be able to work closely with the other team members within the IT team and the wider business.
Essential and Proven Technical Experience & Skills
- Windows 11 migration
- Autopilot (Hybrid Joined)
- Intune
- Defender for Endpoint
- Bit Locker
- SCCM
- Active Directory / Azure EntraID
Desirable Technical Experience & Skills
- Ivanti
- Intune App Packaging
- M365 (Office Apps)
- PowerShell / Scripting
Main Responsibilities:
- Accepting, prioritising and resolving Project defined tasks within agreed timeframes
- Provide support and administration of the IT Infrastructure
- Identify Service Improvement opportunities
- Producing, updating and maintaining technology service documentation
