Up to £32k DOE with OTE’s £42k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused Account Manager to join a growing and collaborative team. This role centres on delivering an excellent client experience, supporting users, and helping shape product improvements through valuable feedback. The Role:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and ensuring a high level of service

• Deliver engaging training sessions to help customers fully utilise the platform

• Provide first-line technical support and guidance to resolve user issues

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product improvements

• Work closely with internal teams to support onboarding, trials, and ongoing client success

Person Requirements:

• Experience in account management/customer success/customer care or a similar client-facing role

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

• A proactive and organised approach to managing client relationships

• Comfortable delivering training sessions, both remotely and in person

• A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
