🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and expanding your own portfolio of Dynamics clients and contractors.
• Driving sales activity - outbound calls, pitches, meetings, and negotiations.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from prospect to placement.
• Leveraging market data and trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Growing revenue through repeat business and referrals.

• Proven experience in tech or ERP recruitment (Dynamics experience is a bonus).
• Consistent billing history and hunger to exceed targets.
