Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)
Type: Subcontract

About the Role
We are looking for a strong, client-facing Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and hands-on experience across the Analysis and Design phases of projects. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, driving workshops, and creating detailed process maps.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions (interviews, workshops, document analysis).
- Perform As-Is and To-Be Business Process Design & Mapping.
- Analyse business needs and translate them into detailed BRD/FRD documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, PMs, developers, product owners).
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment.
- Prepare and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Facilitate UAT planning and execution.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and support decision-making.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Business Process Mapping & Process Design.
- Ability to run workshops and gather requirements effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, negotiation & documentation.
- Good stakeholder management exposure.

Good to Have
- Experience in Oracle transformation projects.
- Utilities/Energy/Public sector domain exposure.
- BPMN, Visio, Jira, Confluence.

Additional Requirement
Candidates must submit 2 case studies highlighting:
1. A project where they led the Analysis phase
2. A project where they participated in the Design phase
