Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

oTranslate complex business requirements and problem statements into scalable robust technical solutions using Control M

oDesign develop and optimise workflows to improve efficiency ensuring that technical implementations align with business objectives

Feature Evaluation Adoption

oTest and evaluate new Control M features and functionalities

oIncorporate these features into value added use cases and drive their adoption across the organisation to enhance operational performance

Integration Plug In Management

oInstall configure and integrate various Control M Plug Ins eg Databases Application Integrator Managed File Transfer into solution designs

oAssess the business value of Control M integrations and seamlessly embed them into workflow solutions

Collaboration Mentoring

oWork closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution

oProactively mentor and up skill less experienced colleagues through gap analysis knowledge sharing and the development of tailored training plans

Documentation Troubleshooting

oCreate detailed technical documentation and workflow diagrams to support solution design and facilitate knowledge transfer

oUtilise strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve production issues related to Control M workflows

Qualifications

Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess design and optimize workflows

Extensive experience with Control M including installation configuration and leveraging Plug Ins for enhanced solution design

Track record of assessing and integrating Control M functionalities into businesscritical workflows

Experience developing automation solutions using tools such as the Ansible Automation Platform or other orchestration frameworks

Excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective cross functional teamwork

Familiarity with agile methodologies DevOps practices and ITIL processes to support continuous improvement

BMC Certified Associate in Control M 21x for Automation API Developers or BMC Certified Professional in Control M 21x for Schedulers

Familiarity with Helix Control M and experience deploying Control M in public cloud environments
