Provide Level 1 and Level 2- on Desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), printers

Working knowledge of ITIL practices, ticket lifecycle management, and SLA adherence.

Microsoft Office Suite, Exchange/Outlook, and in-house applications Windows and macOS platforms
