JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Analyst in retail business banking typically focuses on data analysis and interpretation to support financial decisions, product development, and process improvement within a retail banking environment. They may work on projects like building a benchmarking product, analysing financial metrics, or identifying inefficiencies in banking processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Retail Business Banking experience and risk management Java & API.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.

Problem-solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve issues, and to find creative solutions to business challenges.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial products, instruments, and market dynamics.

Data Management Skills: Experience with data collection, cleaning, and analysis using various tools and techniques.

Project Management Skills: Experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
