About the Role:

Data Centre Operations Manager to oversee the design, operation, and management of a global data center and co-location infrastructure. This role involves ensuring high performance, security, and availability across critical systems that support research and trading activities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of data center and co-location operations, including design, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Oversee capacity planning, operational monitoring, and automation to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead operational excellence by implementing robust security and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams (compute, network, storage) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with global vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale, high-performance data center operations.
• Expertise in capacity management, telemetry, and operational best practices.
