  • Designing and implementing system integrations and automation frameworks
  • Building and improving internal tools and operational platforms
  • Connecting data and services across multiple systems and departments
  • Identifying manual or inefficient workflows and replacing them with scalable solutions
  • Partnering with product and operational stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives
  • Supporting the rollout of solutions across the wider organisation
  • Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of internal systems

You will collaborate with a variety of teams across the business to help modernise internal technology and improve operational performance.

Technical Environment

Experience with some of the following technologies would be beneficial:

  • JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js
  • Backend development with Node.js, C#, or similar
  • Cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
  • Building and maintaining API integrations and distributed systems

Experience using AI-assisted development tools or modern developer productivity workflows would be a plus.
