Senior Account Executive | SaaS | Mid-Market & Enterprise
Location: Central London - Hybrid
£60K - £75K + Uncapped Commission (Up to £130K+ OTE)
We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business that is transforming how operational teams manage workforce planning, scheduling, and day-to-day business operations. With a strong international customer base and significant investment in innovation, the company is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive its next stage of expansion.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced SaaS sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential territory, develop new business opportunities, and close complex deals with mid-market and enterprise organisations.
You'll work with business leaders to understand operational challenges, uncover opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate how technology can create measurable commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own and grow a designated territory with responsibility for new business revenue targets
- 50:50 Inbound to outbound activity - needing someone who is not reliant on SDRs. Full 360 lifecycle
- Generate and develop a pipeline through strategic prospecting and account planning
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial outreach through to close
- Engage multiple stakeholders across operational, commercial, and executive teams
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand customer challenges
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to business objectives
- Lead commercial negotiations and drive deals to completion
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
What They're Looking For
- Proven success as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive within B2B SaaS
- 4+ years of proven Account Executive experience within SaaS, ideally.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding new business targets
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience delivering software demonstrations and business value propositions
- Highly organised with strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline
- Experience selling into operationally intensive sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, or related industries is advantageous
