Founding EMEA Solutions Engineer EMEA (€160-220K OTE + Equity - Remote - Presales - DevOps)

London, Germany or Holland Based Technical Pre-Sales Role | DevTools / Experimentation | Series A | €100-150K + Bonus + Equity

Great Solutions Engineers, where are you?

If you’ve spent time helping engineering teams solve technical deployment, experimentation, DevOps, or product infrastructure challenges, and you enjoy operating in a highly consultative, customer-facing role, this could be worth a look.

We’re hiring a Founding EMEA Solutions Engineer for a fast-growing technical SaaS company operating in the DevOps / experimentation / release management ecosystem.

This is a pre-sales technical role supporting enterprise buyers across EMEA, working closely with Account Executives in both the UK and DACH markets.

You’ll become the first technical pre-sales hire in-region, helping customers understand how to implement, deploy, and operationalise a platform used by engineering, product, and data teams.

Technical Requirements

This role requires someone comfortable operating inside technical environments.

Strong alignment comes from candidates who have worked within, or adjacent to, areas such as:

Core Domain Experience

  • Feature flagging / release management
  • Experimentation tooling
  • Product analytics or behavioural analytics
  • Engineering infrastructure
  • Platform engineering
  • CI/CD workflows
  • API-first products

  • Technical SaaS sold into engineering teams
Relevant Technical Exposure

  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Lean GTM team with direct access to leadership
