Salary: Salary: £30,000 FTE (full-time equivalent), pro rata based on hours worked

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager with a background in Business Energy to support our sales function and ensure a seamless customer journey from quote to contract and beyond.
This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring CRM accuracy, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Administration
- Generate and manage customer contracts accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update data within the CRM platform
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and compliant
Supplier Liaison
- Work closely with energy suppliers to obtain bespoke quotes
- Manage quote requests and proactively follow up to ensure timely responses
Customer Communication
- Liaise with customers to finalise contract details
- Act as a key point of contact for queries during the contracting process
Sales Team Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all deal data is accurate and up to date
- Provide administrative support to help progress deals efficiently
Post-Sales Support
- Handle customer queries following contract completion
- Support a smooth transition from sales through to account management
Essential:
- Previous experience in the Business Energy sector
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Experience in a sales support or operations role
- Familiarity with energy supplier processes and contracts
