Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Head of Customer Success to own retention, expansion revenue, and long-term operator partnerships across our growing customer base. Reporting directly to the COO, this remote role blends customer success leadership, commercial strategy, and revenue accountability. The Head of Customer Success will lead a team of Customer Success Directors, build scalable engagement frameworks, and play a foundational role in establishing Ticketer’s first international commercial model

Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or commercial roles within SaaS
  • Proven track record of improving Net Revenue Retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating renewals and influencing procurement-level decisions
  • Rigorous CRM and pipeline discipline with a focus on data quality and forecasting accuracy
  • Strong analytical capability including health scoring, revenue modelling, and executive-level reporting
  • Experience directly managing commercial or customer-facing leaders
  • Confident, persuasive communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders and operator leadership teams
  • Demonstrable experience in, or a credible plan for, international commercial engagement
