We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant to work closely with a technology entrepreneur across both business and personal matters. This is a highly trusted role for someone who is naturally organised, detail-oriented, responsive and proactive. You’ll become a true right hand to the Executive, bringing consistency and reliability to a busy and varied schedule. You’ll have significant autonomy, exposure to exciting projects and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

If you take pride in being dependable, staying one step ahead and ensuring nothing is overlooked, then this role could be a great fit. This role will be predominately remote with some need to be in the office from time to time.

What you’ll do:

  • Managing the Executives calendar, inbox, meetings and day-to-day priorities with exceptional attention to detail to ensure no calendar conflicts
  • Coordinating both business and personal scheduling, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Preparing meeting agendas, briefing notes, follow-ups and action tracking
  • Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the Executive
  • Booking travel, restaurants, appointments and personal arrangements with accuracy and care
  • Assisting with personal admin, errands and lifestyle management when needed
  • Supporting with research, project coordination and operational tasks across multiple areas
  • Liaising with external partners, suppliers and service providers
  • Helping organise events, conferences, dinners and occasional personal engagements
  • Acting as a reliable gatekeeper who ensures tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
  • Taking ownership of additional responsibilities and projects as the role evolves

What you’ll need:

  • Significant experience as a Senior Assistant
  • Experience within Technology desired
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Highly responsive, reliable and capable of following through consistently
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
  • A naturally curious person who enjoys learning, improving processes and taking initiative
  • Someone who is eager to grow with the role and comfortable taking on increasing responsibility over time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable managing both professional and personal responsibilities with care and confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy and curious about AI tools and productivity systems
