EA to CEO

Role: EA to CEO Location: Central London Working Pattern: 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday, with flexibility)Salary: £55k - £70k (DOE)About the Role We are seeking an organised, proactive administrative professional to support the CEO of a growing tech company. This person will act as a true right-hand to the CEO, playing a key role in company functions and liaising with internal and external stakeholders with confidence and discretion. This role is ideal for an experienced, commercially minded administrative professional who is confident building relationships, prioritising effectively, and handling sensitive matters with care.Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to the CEO, including diary, scheduling, meeting and event coordination, and travel arrangements, ensuring time is protected, commitments are met, and the CEO is always prepared.
  • Overseeing all meeting logistics, from investor and board sessions to high-value external engagements, preparing briefs, documents, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO’s communications, owning and managing their inbox and ensuring messages are prioritised and responded to appropriately.
  • Partnering with internal teams and external advisors to keep projects, decisions, and workstreams moving.
  • Building strong relationships with board members, investors, advisors, and external stakeholders, representing the CEO’s office with professionalism and discretion.
About You You are a proactive, experienced administrative professional who is confident supporting senior leaders and can comfortably act as a lynchpin in the office.
  • Previous experience supporting C-Suite or senior leadership to a high degree, demonstrating excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Highly discrete, able to competently handle highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately and maintain discretion throughout all interactions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong relationship building skills at all levels.
  • Highly proactive attitude, able to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and act as an effective gatekeeper.
  • Commercially aware, appreciating the needs of a growing tech company.
  • A genuine team player who approaches problem-solving in a fast-paced setting with calm and an upbeat attitude.
