EA to CPO Up to £85,000 DOE London Hybrid A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and fast growing technology firm, who are seeking 1st class support for their Chief People Officer. The successful candidate will provide extensive EA support, in addition to strategic and operational projects, so it is important that the EA is highly discreet, efficient, organised and able to handle duties of varying priority. Excellent hybrid working opportunities are also available in this role.What you’ll do:
  • Daily support to the CPO, predicting needs and managing priorities.
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling.
  • Be a professional representative of the CPO in all correspondence.
  • Coordinate sensitive communications.
  • Chair meetings in the CPO’s absence.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, the team and external stakeholders.
  • Use strategic implementation of systems to streamline workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate travel, balancing efficiency and executive preferences.
  • Support with various projects as required.
What you’ll need:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite leaders.
  • An understanding of a high-growth, fast-paced and people-centric environment is desired.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Be highly organised, providing structure and clarity within a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and acting with discretion.
  • Always act with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Be proactive, anticipating the needs of the CPO and their direct reports.
