EA to VP Sales – High-Growth SaaS 12-Month Maternity Cover starting in Early DecemberHybrid – 3 days in their office based near Bank 9:00 am - 6:00 pm £70,000 – £75,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits A fantastic opportunity for a highly adaptable, experienced, dynamic and has opened for a highly polished, forward-thinking Senior Executive Assistant to support the VP EMEA Sales at a global, fast-scaling SaaS company.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, has supported senior leaders in international tech/SaaS, and brings the stability, confidence, and commercial awareness needed to operate at VP level.WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as a strategic partner to the VP EMEA Sales. Anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring they remain focused on high-impact activity.
- Manage a complex, fast-moving diary across multiple time zones, aligning meetings with business priorities.
- Serve as the VP’s central point of contact, coordinating communications across internal and external stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
- Plan and support high-profile events and meetings such as QBRs, town halls, and leadership sessions involving managing logistics, agendas, and follow-through.
- Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Assist with preparation for meetings, presentations, and regional initiatives, ensuring the VP has everything needed to operate effectively.
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative support with excellent judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- A highly experienced EA with 5–8 years supporting senior executives (VP/C-Suite), ideally within global SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth environments.
- Solid and stable career history - not overly moveable or job-hoppy.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern SaaS tools; AI fluency or an interest in AI-driven workflows is a strong advantage.
- Exceptionally organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities calmly and confidently.
- Someone who is happy with ambiguity within an everchanging environment.
- A polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Highly proactive and you anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative without being asked.
- Experienced in navigating complex calendars and international travel at an executive level.
- Someone who holds themselves to very high standards and operates with professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
