Executive Assistant to CEO remote

Tiger Private is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and senior leadership team. The role requires exceptional organizational capability, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.Position: Executive Assistant to CEO & Leadership Team Location: Remote (Worldwide)Employment Type: Full-time Salary: circa £63,000 - £65,000 DOE Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, meetings, and travel; coordinate communications; prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
  • Operational Efficiency: Track initiatives, prioritize inputs, and monitor progress against strategic goals.
  • Meeting Management: Schedule and document leadership and cross-functional meetings; follow up on actions and ensure timely execution; support executive participation in conferences and investor events.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders; coordinate with assistants, project managers, and department heads.
  • Special Projects: Lead strategic initiatives from planning to delivery; conduct research and support internal and external presentations.
Candidate Profile Essential
  • 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative/operational role.
  • Have a proven track record of working with late-stage technology startups or established public technology companies (fintech, blockchain, crypto)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Slack, Zoom).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international, and evolving environments.
Highly Desirable
  • Russian language proficiency.
  • Interest in Web3, blockchain, or emerging technologies.
