Junior Account Manager
Location: Central London (in office 2-3 days/week)Salary: £31,000 per annum Duration: 12 month fixed-term contract Experience: 1+ year in an office-based, client-facing or customer support roleStart date: ASAPA fast-growing, mission-driven education technology company is on the lookout for a bright, people-focused Junior Account Manager to join its dynamic team. If you're someone who loves working with people, has strong communication skills, is organised, tech-savvy and ready to learn then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. What you’ll do:
- Onboarding and training new school clientS
- Building and maintaining great relationships with teachers and school leaders
- Supporting customers by phone and email
- Helping schools understand how to make the most of the platform
- Using data dashboards to monitor usage and provide helpful insights
- Assisting with renewals, referrals and upselling
- Feeding back school suggestions to the wider team
- Occasionally visiting schools in person
- Around 1 year’s office or customer-facing experience
- A natural flair for communicating with people of all levels
- Great attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Confidence using digital tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot – or similar CRMs)
- An interest in education and making a difference
