Junior Tech Support Engineer

• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues (laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, phones, etc.).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
• Install software updates and assist with new device setups (Windows/macOS).
• Ensure meeting rooms and video conferencing systems are functioning smoothly.

User Support & Onboarding

• Prepare IT equipment for new starters and support their onboarding.
• Assist colleagues with issues like password resets, VPN access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Serve as the first point of contact for support incidents.

Ticketing & Documentation

• Manage and track IT support tickets through the internal system.
• Document fixes and create clear, easy-to-follow guides for recurring issues.
• Identify and report recurring technical problems, suggesting improvements where possible.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Previous experience using remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
