Office & Culture Manager

Office Manager Central London £50,000 - £70,000 DOE Our client is looking for a driven and people focused Office Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team in an ever-expanding role! The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the technology industry and be looking to grow their career, amongst a great team within an ambitious global business. The Office Manager will have proven experience within a medium - large firm, working in a fast paced, everchanging environment with a people centric approach. Stepping into this role you must deliver seamless day to day office operations, whilst maintaining a positive culture.What you’ll do:
  • Create a professional and positive environment for all visitors, investors, and clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact and deliver seamless day to day running of the office space.
  • Support with office relocations and refurbishment projects.
  • Manage workspace planning initiatives.
  • Deliver office events and employee experiences.
  • Oversee operational budgets.
  • Mange supplier relationships.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Encourage and support strong working relationships across teams and senior leadership.
  • Facilities management.
What you’ll need:
  • Proven Office Management experience within technology.
  • Ability to adapt, working in a fast-paced environment with little structure.
  • Be commercially minded with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Actively promoting a positive workplace culture.
