Operations Coordinator – Excel & Data

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator – Excel & Data to join a growing commercial consultancy based near Cannon Street.

We're looking for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.

  • 5 days a week in a modern co-working office space

This is a hands-on operations and data role where you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of client work, ensuring everything is completed accurately, efficiently and on time. Working within a small, collaborative team, you'll work across Excel, internal systems, client and supplier data and day-to-day operational processes.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing client onboarding and operational workflows from start to finish.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients and suppliers via email and telephone.
  • Accurate input and management of client, supplier and operational data.
  • Preparing quotations, savings schedules and invoices using Excel.
  • Processing invoicing and commission accurately.
  • Resolving client and supplier queries and seeing them through to completion.
  • Maintaining accurate operational records, systems and documentation.
  • Working with internal systems and learning new processes quickly.
  • Supporting improvements to internal processes and workflows.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy, highly accurate and a quick learner, with experience in operations, administration, data, client services or business support.
Key skills include:

  • Strong intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, formatting and PivotTables.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularly when inputting and managing data.
  • Confidence using technology and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
  • A logical and methodical approach to investigating issues and resolving problems.
  • Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and suppliers.
  • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM/ticketing systems would be advantageous.
