Operations Manager
Operations Manager | Perm | City of London | £55,000 - £60,000 Our client, is a leading tech business. The business is Founder-led (including a woman at the helm) the business has grown rapidly as tech and AI develops and is now shaping what it needs to look like over the next five years of growth. As part of that next chapter, they're looking for an Operations Manager to bring structure, pace and reliability to the day-to-day running of the business - someone who thrives on variety, gets a genuine kick out of ticking things off a list, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up.What you'll be doing:
- Office & facilities management - keeping the office (an incredible space, complete with on-site gym, and amazing events such as regular wine tastings) running smoothly: deliveries, storage, supplies, and acting as the main point of contact with the building
- Health & safety - owning the basics: risk assessments, incident/near-miss logs, inductions
- Insurance & risk - managing the company's insurance renewals end to end, ensuring no lapse in cover as the business grows
- ISO compliance - acting as lead internal auditor across ISO9001 and ISO14001, running the audit schedule and driving continuous improvement
- ServiceNow Partner Programme management - owning the relationship that keeps the company's Partner status on track: monitoring performance, coordinating actions, and liaising with the ServiceNow Partner Manager
- Ad hoc business operations support - from meeting decks to the odd left-field project
- You've done this before - this isn't a first operations or office management role, and you bring real experience of juggling competing priorities
- Hyper-organised, detail-obsessed, and genuinely good at coordinating people and chasing actions to completion
- ISO or ServiceNow experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- You bring energy and personality to the role - We want someone with spark, not just someone who ticks boxes
- Comfortable working autonomously and proactively flagging risks before they become problems
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (more when the business needs it)
- Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
