Role: Project AssistantSalary: £40,000–£50,000Location: London (Hybrid)Contract: 12-month FTCStart Date: OctoberMy client is seeking a highly proactive Project Assistant/Coordinator with start-up experience, ideally within the tech space. You will be joining a brand-new team of nine to deliver an exciting initiative within a highly established organisation.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working and the chance to partner with key stakeholders across the business. It’s a unique opportunity to join at the ground level and contribute to a project with huge potential for scale and impact.The RoleAs a Project Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a new team of nine. Responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the project team and stakeholders, managing reporting across workstreams, and providing vital organisational support.Your day-to-day will be varied and fast-paced - ideal for someone who thrives in an evolving environment and is excited to be part of a high-profile, innovative project.Key Responsibilities
                            - Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions to keep the project on track
 - Facilitate communication between the project team, external stakeholders, and customers
 - Track progress across workstream milestones and prepare regular updates/reports
 - Support logistical arrangements for workshops, events, and stakeholder meetings
 - Assist with invoices, expenses, and procurement documentation in line with budget guidelines
 
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant, ideally in a start-up or tech environment
 - Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
 - Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
 - Familiarity with project management and office software tools
 - Positive, proactive, and flexible team player
 - Interest in project management principles and a willingness to learn
 - Exposure to start-ups, tech environments, or cross-functional projects
