Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator

Reception & Facilities Coordinator – Research and Analytics Firm Based near Oxford £32,000 – £35,000 per annum DOE Temp to Perm Opportunity Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm We’re working with a technology-driven publishing and analytics business that supports the global scientific and healthcare communities with cutting-edge tools, data, and trusted content. They are seeking a polished, proactive Reception & Facilities Coordinator to join their Oxford office during an exciting period of growth.This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the face of the office, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.What you’ll do:

• Manage the front desk – greet guests, handle calls, and oversee visitor sign-in
• Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, setup, and refreshments
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor office supplies and place replenishment orders
• Support facilities tasks including H&S checks and maintenance coordination
• Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team

Who you are:

• Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or facilities roles
• Professional, friendly, and confident communicator
• Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative
• Comfortable working independently while being a team player
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
