Senior Developer

Role: Senior Stack Developer Location: Remote Salary: £45,000pa - £65,000pa (DOE) About the role We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team building a complex, cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform. This is a hands-on senior role with real technical influence, working closely with engineering leadership to deliver high-quality product features and shape the platform’s technical direction.You’ll operate at a senior/principal-adjacent level, owning meaningful areas of the codebase and helping raise engineering standards as the product and team scale.What you’ll do

• Design, build, and ship complex features across the full stack
• Take end-to-end ownership of systems from design through production
• Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable, multi-tenant SaaS systems
• Review code and lead by example on quality, maintainability, and best practice
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and product partners
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code quality
• Ensure systems are observable, resilient, and production-ready

What we’re looking for You’re a senior engineer with strong technical judgement and experience owning and scaling production SaaS systems. You’re comfortable influencing technical direction, working closely with engineering leadership, and staying hands-on.

• 8–12+ years’ experience with Node.js and TypeScript, plus solid full-stack capability (React or Angular)
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, distributed systems, and modern databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
