We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who’s ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, high-performing team search team. You will lead proactive search efforts, engage candidates, build talent pools, and foster community growth. In close partnership with Senior Talent Partners, you will ensure smooth candidate delivery, an exceptional candidate experience, and the ongoing expansion of our high-performing expert network The Role:
- Proactively source and engage top-tier technical talent using a mix of platforms, tools, and networks.
- Build, manage, and nurture high-quality talent pipelines to support current and future client projects.
- Deliver a standout candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding, including screening, feedback, and interview preparation.
- Support Talent Partners with timely CV delivery, pipeline updates, and project/resource coordination.
- Maintain excellent data hygiene in our ATS and ensure accurate admin, tagging, notes, and reporting.
- Grow an expert community through networking, referrals, events, and ongoing engagement.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and help ensure our sourcing strategies produce diverse, representative talent pools
- Proven experience in technical sourcing or recruitment, ideally within specialist or hard-to-find talent markets.
- Strong capability in advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, events, referrals, LinkedIn etc).
- Experience conducting qualification calls, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering high-quality CV submissions.
- A track record of providing an excellent candidate experience, including screening, feedback, and interview preparation.
- Confidence using an ATS and maintaining accurate data, notes, and compliance.
- Experience supporting resourcing or project teams with timely updates, documentation, and candidate coordination.
- Ability to build and nurture talent communities through networking, events, and long-term relationship management.
- Awareness of inclusive sourcing practices and experience contributing to diverse talent pipelines.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable running multiple workflows simultaneously
