Privacy & Responsible AI Manager
We're looking for an experienced Privacy & Responsible AI Manager to join a global governance team supporting business functions across an international organisation.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in embedding Privacy by Design, Responsible AI, and data governance principles into business decisions, products, processes, and strategic initiatives. Working with stakeholders across multiple regions, you'll help ensure compliance with evolving global privacy and AI regulations while enabling innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to global business functions on privacy, Responsible AI and data governance.
- Embed Privacy by Design and Responsible AI principles into business processes and initiatives.
- Lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), AI Risk Assessments and privacy demand management activities.
- Manage privacy assessment workflows using OneTrust.
- Partner with regional teams to ensure global privacy standards are implemented while considering local regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Cyber Security, Legal, Product and other business functions to integrate privacy and AI governance into risk assessments from the outset.
- Provide guidance across areas including digital marketing, AdTech, cookie compliance, consumer IoT, HR, finance, big data and AI-enabled services.
- Support the investigation and management of personal data breaches, coordinating stakeholders through reporting, remediation and regulatory compliance activities.
- Help shape and improve global privacy governance processes and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in Privacy, Data Protection or Data Governance, ideally within telecommunications or another highly regulated industry.
- Excellent knowledge of GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and broader European privacy legislation.
- Working knowledge of the EU AI Act and emerging Responsible AI regulatory frameworks.
- Good understanding of global privacy regulations and how they apply across products, services and business operations.
- Experience managing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and privacy compliance activities.
- Previous experience using OneTrust for privacy management is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
