Solutions Architect - Azure, M365, Dynamics - West Malling

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in West Malling

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to take ownership of enterprise technical design and architecture. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and data governance platforms.

You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align architecture with organisational strategy, ensuring consistency, compliance, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and maintain enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps.

• Design and oversee implementation of solutions across:

  • Azure Infrastructure (networking, identity, compute, storage, security)

  • Microsoft Purview (data governance, cataloguing, compliance)

  • M365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive)

  • Dynamics 365 platforms (Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service)

• Provide architectural leadership for multiple Agile delivery teams.

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Present technical proposals and artefacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Manage and maintain architecture documentation and governance artefacts.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive Solution Architecture experience in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong technical background in Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems.

• Proven ability in data architecture and governance, ideally with Microsoft Purview.

• Understanding of API-centric design, integration patterns, and microservices.

• Experience with architecture frameworks (eg TOGAF) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Desirable

• Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated environments.

• Microsoft or TOGAF certification.
