Join our TikTok Shop Partnership team as we shape the future of social commerce. The TikTok Shop Partnership team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance. We are looking for an Acquisition Manager to drive the recruitment and onboarding of agencies into the TikTok Shop UK ecosystem. You will identify high-potential agencies, facilitate their onboarding, and help grow the TTS ecosystem by aligning agency acquisition with business objectives. This role requires strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Develop agency acquisition and growth strategies aligned with business objectives, defining clear goals and priorities, and identifying high-potential opportunities with scalable approaches.
- Drive agency recruitment and onboarding by discovering and bringing in high-quality agencies that fit TikTok Shop’s positioning, including merchant operations agencies and creator management agencies. Design and implement frameworks for multi-party collaboration to accelerate onboarding.
- Collaborate across teams to optimise agency launch processes, remove operational barriers, and create successful case studies to build showcases.
- Continuously monitor and analyse agency recruitment performance, optimising strategies to improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce operations or related fields.
- Proven experience independently driving projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven, structured thinker, able to combine analytical rigor with measurable goal orientation.
- Deep understanding of the UK e-commerce ecosystem; experience in agency operations or recruitment is a plus.
- Fast learner, proactive, and resilient; able to perform well in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. About TikTok
