TikTok Shop - Digital Channel Manager (In-App) EU

Responsibilities
About the Team
The MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team is responsible for EU merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
TikTok is looking for a smart and ambitious Digital Channel Management Manager to join the TikTok Shop team based in London. As an integral part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing effective in-app channel strategy, outreach programs for EU markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of merchant growth strategies across our in-app channels, directly shaping business impact at scale.
- Turn data into action: analyze conversion trends, unlock funnel insights, and continuously iterate on the in-app audience and content strategies to accelerate growth.
- Improve outreach product effectiveness and efficiency by working closely with user research, product, algo and other cross functional teams.
- Own the development and rollout of merchant acquisition strategies for the EU market, leveraging deep market insights to unlock new growth opportunities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of experience in strategy operations or digital growth
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities; able to independently navigate complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
- Solid hands-on operational skills, with a willingness to personally configure and manage outreach tasks; prior experience in outreach operations or channel operations is a strong plus.
- Good product sense, with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities based on daily product usage and translate them into clear improvement proposals.
- Good understanding of E-commerce Ecosystem within the EU.
