TikTok Shop - Senior Data Analyst, Logistics

About the TeamThe data analytics team will be responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK&EU e-Commerce logistics operations.- Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK&EU logistics operations- Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports- Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, capacity management- Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions- Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support businessMinimum Qualifications:- Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Computer Science- Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or RPreferred Qualifications- Experience in UK&EU logistics or UK&EU E-Commerce site fulfillment process (Amazon FBA/SFP; Ebay/Walmart/Shopify) is a strong plus- Experience in logistics or supply-chain related analysis; Familiar with fulfillment network design, inventory management, UK&EU logistics carrier optimization-High energy, self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-growing environmentReq ID: A214551A
