We’re expanding our Manchester engineering hub and are looking for two exceptional Lead QA (Automation) Engineers to help shape the future of our quality engineering function. What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience across both manual and automated testing for modern web or cloud‐native platforms.
• Proven leadership or management experience guiding QA Engineers.
• Strong understanding of core testing methodologies: functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and performance testing.
• Practical experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or REST API automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Awareness of secure coding principles, security testing fundamentals, and data privacy considerations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive within Agile squads and cross‐functional engineering environments.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
