Key requirements include:
- Proven experience as a software architect
- Strong background working on large-scale SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and AI-driven systems
- Expertise in cloud-native and distributed architectures
- Solid understanding of secure-by-design principles
- Experience guiding teams through complex technical decisions
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
