Software Engineering Manager

As Engineering Manager, you will manage high-performing squads, drive technical excellence, and shape modern development practices.

You'll combine leadership with hands-on technical oversight, ensuring secure, scalable solutions while championing AI-driven workflows and continuous improvement across multiple greenfield projects.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams
• Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments.
• Strong background as a software engineer with architectural expertise
• Knowledge of secure SDLC, QA automation, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native development (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Ability to lead delivery across several workstreams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An advocate of AI-assisted development
