We are a fast-growing retail technology provider delivering a market-leading wearable device and SaaS platform (RetailQ) used to optimise picking and packing operations across the UK’s biggest retailers. With 17 additional products in our portfolio, we’re now hiring a Senior BDM to accelerate growth within our enterprise customer base.
What You’ll Be DoingManaging and growing relationships with major UK retailers (Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Tesco, Lidl, Waitrose, Morrisons).
Selling our core wearable + SaaS solution while cross-selling 17 complementary products.
Driving revenue within existing accounts by identifying one new point of contact per customer.
Handling deals with an average order value of £50k – £150k per site.
Working a 70/30 inbound/outbound split — warm leads from website, events, and campaigns.
Using Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, activity, and account expansion.
Collaborating with implementation teams to ensure smooth SaaS onboarding.
Representing the business at customer meetings and industry events.
Proven experience in retail technology, automation, industrial solutions, or store operations.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence selling into enterprise-level organisations.
Ability to manage long-term relationships and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Comfortable working remotely with one day per week in our Birmingham office.
Ambitious, driven, and ready to step into a Sales Director role within 12 months.
£75k – £80k base salary
100% OTE (3–5% commission, up to 8% on SaaS deals)
