From day one, you will be trained as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, working across high-growth markets including AI, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and FinTech.

No prior recruitment experience is required - just motivation, resilience, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will speak with candidates about their careers, work closely with hiring managers, manage interview processes end to end, and earn commission for every successful placement. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to:

• Source, engage, and build relationships with candidates
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Manage vacancies and recruitment processes from start to finish
