The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to:
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and networking
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage recruitment processes from interview through to offer stage
- Develop commercial, sales, and negotiation skills
- Become a specialist within your chosen market
