Snapshot of the role:
- This role will shape and build momentum selling into MSP/IT Services vertical
- Own and scale a high-impact outbound function, building a top-performing team
- Leading from the front, staying close to the action, and actively driving pipeline alongside your team
- Build and implement scalable playbooks and frameworks that drive fast onboarding and consistent performance across regions and markets.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years experience in outbound-focused BDR/SDR, AE, or business development roles, including 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- B2B SaaS environment highly desirable for this role
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly motivated, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
- A strong work ethic with the grit, 'roll up your sleeves' attitude and tenacity to succeed in a high-pace, environment.
