Salary: Up to £70,000 base + 15% bonus

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a scaling SaaS company. This Business Development Representative (BDR) role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to closing deals, within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing them through to close. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving revenue growth, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing directly to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and engage prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify opportunities and convert them into new business wins
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline within a SaaS/tech sales environment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity

Requirements:

  • Experience in SaaS, software, or tech sales
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning new business
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in the Staines office
