The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and shape the Product function from the ground up.

You’ll define the product vision, establish best practices, and deliver a roadmap focused on user growth, retention, and engagement .

This is a hands-on role, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success — and you’ll have visibility with senior leadership and investors.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead the foundation of the Product function, setting up processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Define and deliver the product roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven feature development.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver market-leading functionality.
• Use analytics, customer feedback, and market insight to prioritise effectively.
• Present roadmap progress and product strategy in leadership and investor meetings.
• Help shape the culture and operating rhythm of a scaling product organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years’ experience in Product Management , ideally in B2B SaaS .
• Proven ability to deliver user and revenue growth through great product strategy and execution.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders and investors.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building from scratch.
