Role: Product Manager — 0→1 SaaS | Prototyping | West of London | Up to £75k
Fancy building products rather than just managing a backlog?
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join a small, growing SaaS company based West of London.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from “What if we...?” through prototype, customer validation and into a product customers actually use.
You’ll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape the direction of the product as the business grows.
What you’ll be doing
- Own new product initiatives from 0→1
- Identify customer problems and turn them into compelling product opportunities
- Build rapid prototypes to test ideas before committing significant development time
- Speak directly with customers to understand needs, test assumptions and validate solutions
- Work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to take ideas through to launch
- Define requirements, prioritise opportunities and manage the product roadmap
- Use data, customer feedback and experimentation to make informed product decisions
- Help shape the product strategy and ways of working as the company grows
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS / B2B software environment
- Proven experience taking products or significant features from 0→1
- A hands-on approach to prototyping, experimentation and validation
- Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work closely with engineers and translate problems into practical solutions
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how product decisions create business value
- A pragmatic, curious mindset and the confidence to work with ambiguity
- A genuine interest in building products, rather than simply managing a delivery process
