We're looking for a Staffing Manager to join our UK team — a dynamic, fast-paced role at the heart of how we deliver for our clients.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with Engagement Managers to understand client needs and match the right people to the right opportunities. You'll manage supplier relationships, facilitate team rotations, and act as a vital link between our consultant network and client engagements — all while maintaining exceptional service standards for every stakeholder.

You'll be accountable for:

• Supplier management (contracts, rates, renewals)
• Internal rotations and engagement continuity
• Building and maintaining high-performing consultant teams

A background in technical delivery, technical account management, or technical recruiting is essential.

Agile, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, DevOps and InfoSec all preferred domains.
