KeyResponsibilities

AsDevelopmentManager,youwillownthejourneyfrominitialoutreachtoconstruction-readydatacentresites,:

• Managingthepre-developmentpipelineandpartnershipdevelopment
• Identifyingandqualifyingnewdatacentresiteopportunities
• Coordinatingthird-partyconsultantsandmanagingbudgets
• NavigatingUKplanningandpowerapplicationprocesses
