The role is a senior, hands-on platform owner responsible for the design, governance, and optimisation of HubSpot across Group Marketing and Sales. The role operates within a regulated financial services environment and acts as the technical authority for HubSpot architecture, data models, integrations, and reporting.

Job responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end HubSpot architecture across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Design and govern CRM data models including objects, properties, lifecycle stages, and pipelines.
  • Define and maintain scalable automation, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
  • Act as final technical authority for HubSpot design and configuration decisions.
  • Ensure data quality, consent management, and governance aligned to GDPR, ICO, and FCA expectations.
  • Design and manage API-based integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Ensure HubSpot integrates effectively within the wider enterprise technology stack.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and system set-up.
  • Drive Hubspot enablement across the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Support the broader Marketing and Sales team with adhoc projects related to Hubspot
  • Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required.
  • Adhere to all FCA regulations including consumer duty.
  • Required Experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Proven experience architecting and owning HubSpot in complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong CRM data architecture knowledge including objects, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
  • Experience designing scalable automation and reporting.
  • API and integration experience with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of data protection, consent management, and regulated data handling.
  • Strong communication skills and Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Be a proactive self-starter with commercial awareness
  • Desirable experience
  • HubSpot Enterprise experience.
  • RevOps or CRM architecture background.
  • Experience re-architecting or remediating poorly implemented HubSpot instances.
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, or other regulated sectors.
