  • Assist in the implementation and optimisation of internal systems and workflows
  • Analyse processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Conduct research into emerging technologies and present findings where relevant
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide practical, solutions-focused support
  • Assist with confidential and strategic projects, maintaining strict discretion at all times
  • Document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly and accurately

About you

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Fast, efficient, and reliable in execution
  • Technically proficient, with a strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging tools
  • Curious, creative, and able to think outside the box
  • A confident problem solver with a proactive mindset
  • Interested in operations, systems, and workflow optimisation
  • Trustworthy and professional, with the ability to handle sensitive information (NDA required)
  • Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

This is a remote role, but must be based in Miami. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to build a strong understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of the business.
