Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Project Manager to join an expanding business in the NW London area on a permanent basis.

You will be joining the tech team at an exciting point where you will manage and deliver projects based on the systems the business uses. This is a continuously evolving role where progression and development are on offer.

Your duties will include:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including internal platforms, integrations, and workflow improvements
• Managing project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Working with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate them into clear documentation and delivery plans
• Producing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborating with developers to shape technical solutions
• Running agile delivery ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, retros, backlog reviews) tailored to team needs
• Managing project boards, action logs, and delivery documentation
• Providing regular updates and delivery reports to internal stakeholders
• Supporting technical discovery and analysis for new initiatives, working closely with the Head of Technical Operations
• Co-ordinating with third-party vendors and software providers when required

Key requirements:

• Experience in a project or delivery role in a technical environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Basic level of excel
• High attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach to planning
